How to make music bingo cards from a playlist
The whole point of music bingo is that the squares are songs instead of numbers. You play a clip, players find the track on their card and mark it, and the first complete line wins. The slow part has always been building the cards — writing out 50 song titles by hand, then shuffling them into different arrangements so no two players have the same card. That is the part this does for you.

Export your playlist as a text fileGo to tunemymusic.com, choose your music service, pick the playlist, and export it as TXT or CSV. It is free and does not need an account. This is also the step that makes the service you use irrelevant — anything TuneMyMusic can read, the generator can use.

Upload the file in Step 01Open the playlist import panel in the generator and drop in your file. Then choose what the squares say: song title (the standard), artist name (harder), or Title – Artist (useful for themed nights where two songs share a name).

Customize for legibilityPick a font, a color theme, and a card title. Song titles run long, so the font-size slider matters more here than in word bingo — the character-per-line hint tells you when titles will start wrapping awkwardly. Long words are auto-hyphenated.

Print or shareDownload a print-ready PDF — portrait for one card per page, landscape for two with a cut line — or switch to Share Online and send each player a link to their own card.
Minimum 25 songs. A 5×5 card needs 25 squares, so the download unlocks at 25 tracks. Import 50–75 if you want to run multiple rounds without the same songs carrying every card.

Most bingo card makers assume short squares — numbers, vocabulary words, office phrases. Song titles break that assumption, and it shows up in four specific ways:
Long text has to stay readable
"Everybody Wants to Rule the World" is 33 characters. Fixed-size cells either clip it or shrink it to nothing. Adjustable cell font size plus auto-hyphenation keeps it legible at print size.
Bulk import, not retyping
Fifty songs typed by hand is a half-hour of work and a guaranteed typo. A playlist export turns that into one upload.
Title, artist, or both
Different games need different squares. Switching format at import means you can run an easy round and a hard round from the same playlist.
Enough unique cards for a full room
Up to 999 randomized cards per batch, so a pub night or a school assembly does not end up with duplicate winners.
Print night or online night
Both work from the same set of songs. For an in-person night, download the PDF and print — landscape gives you two cards per sheet with a cut line, and the eco black-and-white theme keeps toner costs sane when you are printing sixty cards. For a remote or hybrid night, switch to Share Online: every card becomes its own link that players open on a phone or laptop, and you play the music over the video call. Free downloads and share links carry a demo watermark; a pass removes it.

Theme beats variety. A specific theme is easier to promote and easier for players to feel confident about, which keeps the energy up:
Decade nights — 80s, 90s, 2000s. The most dependable draw, and the easiest playlists to source.
One-hit wonders — great for a crowd that thinks it knows music.
Songs from movies — wide appeal across age ranges.
Genre nights — 90s R&B, country classics, pop punk, yacht rock.
Holiday music — a December staple that fills rooms.
Local or staff picks — a playlist built from the room itself always outperforms its song quality.
