BingoCardGenerator.Online ("we," "us," or "our") is operated from New Brunswick, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Email address — collected by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) when you subscribe to the Pro plan. We may use this to send subscription confirmations and monthly game deliveries.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or billing address.
• Subscription ID / license key — stored locally on your device (in your browser's localStorage) to remember your Pro status. This does not leave your device.

Information we do NOT collect:

• Your bingo card content (square lists, game titles, uploaded logos) — all processing happens in your browser. This data is never transmitted to our servers.
• Your name, address, or phone number
• Any account or login credentials (we have no account system)

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit BingoCardGenerator.Online, Google Analytics 4 automatically collects:

• Pages visited and time spent
• General geographic location (country/region — not precise location)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Referring website (how you found us)
• Anonymous usage events (e.g. "PDF downloaded," "Pro activated") — no personal identifiers are attached to these events

This data is aggregated and anonymous. We use it to understand how people use the Service and to improve it. Google Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not use this data to identify individual users or serve targeted advertising.

How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect to:

• Process and manage your Pro subscription
• Deliver monthly pre-made games to Pro subscribers
• Respond to support or refund requests
• Understand usage patterns and improve the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed above.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and subscription management. Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage tracking. Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts — fonts loaded from Google's CDN. Google may log your IP address. Privacy Policy
• TuneMyMusic — optional third-party playlist export tool. We do not receive any data from TuneMyMusic. Their service is used independently by you before uploading a file to our generator.
• GitHub Pages — hosting provider for the Service. Privacy Policy

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store your Pro status on your device. This is a small piece of text that stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users and sessions. These are standard analytics cookies and do not contain personal information.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing cookies.

Data Retention

Since we collect very little data, retention is minimal:

• Google Analytics data — retained for 14 months by default, then automatically deleted by Google.
• Subscription/billing data — retained by Lemon Squeezy for as long as required by their policies and applicable law.
• Support emails — retained for up to 2 years for reference, then deleted.
• Your card content — never stored by us. It exists only in your browser session.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to withdraw consent at any time
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
