We stand behind BingoCardGenerator.Online Pro. If the product isn't working as described, or you have a legitimate reason for requesting a refund within 7 days of your first payment, we'll make it right.
When We'll Refund You
Refunds are granted when:
- Missing or broken features — a Pro feature described on the website is not functioning as advertised and we cannot fix it within a reasonable timeframe
- Technical issues — a bug or technical problem prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it promptly
- Other viable reasons — at our discretion, we may approve refunds for other reasonable circumstances within the 7-day window
When We Won't Refund
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge
- Renewal charges where cancellation was not submitted before the billing date
- Change of mind after the 7-day window has passed
- Partial months — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days
- Abuse of the refund policy (repeated subscribe-refund cycles)
Subscriptions are digital services that provide immediate access upon payment. By subscribing you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to Pro features.
How to Request a Refund
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal — no need to contact us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund. If you also want a refund, please email us separately.
