Which List Fits Your Party?
- Find a coworker who...: a mixer. Players find a different colleague for each square and write their name in it. Best in the first 20 minutes, while people are still arriving.
- Party moments: runs on its own once the mixer ends; players mark what they see.
- Remote party: the same idea for a video call, built from the moments every online meeting shares.
The find-a-coworker list, ready for your team
All 36 prompts are loaded below. Add a few details only your office would get, or pick another list further down.
Nothing is sent anywhere. The list stays in this browser and goes to the generator when you continue.
List 1: Find a Coworker Who...
Hand out cards and pens as people arrive. Each square needs a different person's name, so finishing a single line means talking to four or five colleagues. Give it 15 minutes, then ask who got a line. In a team under 25, let each name count twice.

List 2: Party Moments
Once the mixer's done, this card runs by itself for the rest of the party. Players mark a square when they see it happen. It suits any party with a gift exchange, a speech or two and a sweater contest, which is to say most of them.

List 3: Remote Party on Video
For a distributed team, choose Share Online in the generator and send everyone a link to their own card. They leave it open on a phone or in a second browser tab and keep track on paper as the call runs. The squares are things that happen on every video call, which is exactly why they're funny at a party.

Keeping it inclusive. Call it a holiday party rather than a Christmas party if your team celebrates different things, keep drinking off the card, and make playing optional. Every list on this page keeps to the first two.
How to Run It at Work
Timing
The find-a-coworker card works best early, while people are arriving and the room is still quiet. Give it a firm 15 minutes. The moments card can then run until the end without anyone needing to host it.
Prizes
Keep them light: a coffee gift card, first pick in the gift exchange, an extra half day if your manager is feeling generous, or the honor of choosing next year's party theme.
Printing
Landscape printing puts two cards on each page with a cut line, so a stack for 40 people is only 20 sheets. Bring pens; nobody has one at a party.
Cards are free to design and print, with a small demo watermark on free downloads. A pass removes the watermark and lets you add your company logo to every card.
Want your office's in-jokes on the card? Type them into any list first, and every card picks them up.
Customize the List →Want Music Bingo for the Party?
Music bingo is the other office favorite: play the start of a song, and everyone marks the title. If your team celebrates Christmas and wants something louder, Fat City Entertainment, our sister company, sells a Christmas music bingo game: 250 printable cards, a callsheet for the host, and Spotify and Apple Music playlists.
